How can Juan Pablo Montoya get away with saying he is going to kill Nascar and not get into any trouble. This is called a terrorist threat if someone else was to threaten to kill someone. I have been waiting to see if Nascar would take action on this but I guess they choose to ignore this.

I agree. JPM had a 5 second lead over Martin and running away with it when he was going into the pit. Rather than risk it, it seems like you'd purposely go a few mph under.

But then again, the adrenaline was pumping I'm sure and that makes it all the harder to slow down. Still his crew chief shoulda been all over him to slow down.

If JPM thinks NASCAR is out to get him then he and the team need to self impose a 50 mph pit speed limit so there is no way in hell they'll get nailed.

Afterall, JPM keeps saying that he's racing not for wins but to make the chase so such a conservative strategy shouldn't bother him and it would have served him well at Indy.
