Schedule of Events Through November



NASCAR NEWS & SCHEDULE
The Hollywood Casino 400 is coming up on Sunday, Oct. 6, at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, MO. Matt Kenseth has come out victorious in two of the first three Chase races and currently sits atop the 2013 Sprint Cup Series Standings with 2,149 points, seven wins and two poles. Jimmie Johnson is right on his tail in second place, and has amassed 2,141 points with five wins to his credit and two poles. Kyle Busch is in third place, followed by Kevin Harvick and then Jeff Gordon to round out the top five.

The schedule for the rest of the year looks like this:

Oct. 12 — Bank of America 500, Concord, N.C.
Oct. 20 — Camping World RV Sales 500, Talladega, Ala.
Oct. 27 — Goody's Fast Relief 500, Ridgeway, Va.
Nov. 3 — AAA Texas 500, Fort Worth, Texas
Nov. 10 — AdvoCare 500, Avondale, Ariz.
Nov. 17 — Ford EcoBoost 400, Homestead, Fla.

MOTOCROSS NEWS
MAVTV will begin re-airing the first three seasons of The Motocross Files on Thursday, Oct. 4, starting from the very beginning of the series. The show debuted in 2005 on the Speed network and was recognized for being ahead of its time as far as its use of 3D animated photos goes. The Motocross Files is a sports documentary type of story-telling show. Previous viewers and new motocross fans alike will get to enjoy the show, starting with the first episode on Brad Lackey, the only 500cc World Champion of all time.
