Is this drawing a 1930's Ford 5 window coupe or 1930's Willy's coupe?

As I sit here watching NASCAR on television in my bedroom late on a Saturday night, I've noticed the drawing below hanging in a document's frame on the wall above my cabnet and every since I meet Chip Foose last month at the 2009 World of Wheels in Boston, I've been asking this question, what is the vehicle in the picture below?, I was thinking about finding a diecast of it and later buying the real thing to drive around town, so is it a 1930's Ford 5 window coupe or a 1930's Willy's coupe?
