So here we are, its that time again at the end of another television season where some season finales yet to air and the talk of what shows will be cancelled has already began. The rumor mill is flying with buzz, so what’s up on block.
In this edition, let’s start with the network that aims just to get rid of all my favorite’s, the newly merged/made The CW. This info is from The CW Source. We already found out the fait of Reba and that went…
So next up is 7th Heaven. Let's be honest here, as much as I was a big fan of 7th Heaven, the CW should have either never have brought it back or just did a three-four part mini series ending it all correctly, either way would have been better than just bring it back just to cut it up and dump it. Hopefully this time for the series finale take two, they will have a huge two-three hour finale with it ending with everyone together one more time around the dinner table. I’d be surprised to see a 12th season and if the send off it not good, I will consider 7th Heaven 10 seasons long with a good fair well.
Next, One Tree Hill, I have heard rumors that OTH might fast forward a couple years ahead to get closer to the casts real age and so far this season, its been interesting and I would like to see what happens next this that idea. It should be renewed. On the opposite side is Gilmore Girls, a popular show that’s unknown and that’s most likely due to this current season’s writing, the story lines are off. I’ve watched the early years and they were better, get this cast back to years past were they were happy and entertaining to have the fan following and the ratings should be good.
Finally for the CW, Veronica Mars, Its still good all around, but this was the story last year too. I have to say, if all of these shows are cancelled, there’s really nothing left for me to watch on The CW, then good bye CW.
There are a couple more networks, but I am more waiting to here from other sources first. The only other show that come to mind is on CBS with Jericho. Jericho is a story because CBS thought that they could take a three-four month (December 2006 to Feb or March 2007) hiatus with the show and it would come back strong, but it backfired and now the show is on block, if they didn’t I don’t think it would be on the block.
Well that’s it for this edition, See Yeah!
